A good Dj is very hard to find. They can make or break your function. You can have fantastic food, great decorations..etc, but if the entertainment is bad your guests will be left with shocking memories. We are forever hearing from prospective customers speaking of nightmare DJ experiences they previously had with other companies.
Unlike other entertainment companies we limit our staff numbers. We do not get into the habit of employing inexperienced staff. Others give an inexperienced DJ a song list & send them off to run a function. These companies DJ's are the boring inexperienced ones you have probably seen around. They sit in the corner "press play & cross their fingers & pray people will dance." They don't use the microphone & guest complain & leave early .We are about quality not quantity. Our reputation means everything.
The secret to a great DJ is experience & passion. This does not mean that we are old & out of touch, in fact allot of our staff are in their early 20's & host shows at some of Brisbane's most popular clubs. It just means that we have learnt allot from entertaining at different shows. Our experiences help us with discovering which songs work, which songs don't. We play the right song at the right time. We know how to "read a crowd," we interact but not irritate, we play music for all guests from R"n"Roll to hip hop...etc We act professionally but still know how to enjoy ourselves. Most importantly we are helpful & listen to the clients requests & needs. We love what we do & we always make sure all tastes & ages have a great time.
Most of our bookings are repeat work from very happy clients. Many also come via recommendations from function staff who manage the most popular venues in Brisbane. These Managers have seen many different DJ's work in their rooms but recommend us!

Our director, 25 years on the road as a DJ has been to every type of party you can imagine. Started at his Dad's roller rink aged 14 and has never stopped. Has won almost all of the major weddings DJ awards available and can give plenty of great advice. A walking music encyclopedia who has been collecting Top 40 lists for almost 30 years. Loves music trivia & theme nights. Is the "King of Kids Discos". Has performed at just about every club, pub, school...etc in town. Very interactive and an expert at encouraging crowds to "Get up and Dance". Can walk into any occasion and make people, young and old want to "Party hard"

Emily is a young, up & coming DJ. Expert at 18th's & 21'st.
But is just as comfortable at a 40th or 50th or wedding. Uses all the
latest high tech equipment. She is keen & willing to listen to clients
wishes. Was the top DJ at another company but heard of our great reputation
& came to work for us. The amount of thanks we get from clients shows
us she has a real future in the DJ business. You will not find a young
person with more enthusiasm & passion for her job.

HOTZ
Hotz is the great alrounder. Anything, anywhere, anytime. He is very professional
and has a great "How can I help Altitude." He has worked with
Paul for years and just loves to run as many shows as he can. Great at
18th's. 21st's..etc but is just as good with the more mature audience.
A great MC at weddings. Customers love him as he has great passion for
his job & uses every trick he knows to make sure the dance floor is
always full.

MICHAEL
Everyone loves "Michael". Has over 20 years experience. Is fantastic
with all the music trends, R & B, Top 40 , Hip Hop..etc. but is just
as comfortable playing the 50-80's classic oldies. He interacts well using
his microphone skills and is usually seen dancing & showing plenty
of life behind the DJ desk. His high energy style makes dancing infectious.
He also has a natural "Tom Jones" like voice which he often
uses to help during a Karaoke evening.
Very High Energy DJ. Worked in the music industry for years. Loves a good party. Loves R & B and new music, but still mixes in some party classics. A great listener and has a fantastic and refreshing polite nature. Is a a great mum which shows as she is fantastic at entertaining children. Kids & School discos are her speciality but will give event the "WOW" factor.
Has 12 years experience. Came to us in 1999 when she became frustrated with the attitudes at the company where she previously worked. Loves retro 70's & 80's but can mix the music up to suit any occasion. Is so dedicated, that she drives from Amberley & back (usually at 2am) for every gig. Has her own massive personal CD library that she has been collecting since she was young. Has fantastic music knowledge.

Andrew worked on the Radio & in all the clubs up north. Has now
shifted to Brisbane where he has fast become one of our most popular DJ's.
Works for us in many of Brisbane's night clubs during the week but then
goes out & hosts private parties on Saturday nights. Is not shy &
has the skills & music knowledge to make all ages, at all occasions
hit the dance floor. Can scratch mix, sample, beat mix ....etc with the
best of them, but he still knows the party classics that keep all tastes
happy.

GEORGE
DJ George is fresh new face to the company. Has recently shifted from
New Zealand where he was a one of Kiwi lands most popular party DJ's.
Loves a good 18th or 21st so he can display his knowledge of recent music
trends. However still loves to party with the more matrure functions...i.e
40ths, Weddings ...etc. Any occasion, Anytime George will bring your party
alive !

TRACEY
Tracey started
to DJ in 1983. Loves all the party classics, but really enjoys new music.
Has a teenage family that keeps him up to date. Runs many secondary school
discos. Enjoys all the new equipment and technology. Loves Karaoke and
often runs hosted shows at local pubs & clubs. His daughter is a great
singer.He is good at singing some songs, but on others,he will make your
guests look and sound pretty good. Always enjoys himself which this rubs
off on to others.

Was a radio DJ with his own evening slot for years. Came to us 10 years
ago wanting to get out and do some live work where he could see and interact
with people. Loves a good party. Not shy. Talks well on the microphone
to encourage. Loves Karaoke and has been known to sing (...we try to stop
him). Plays bass guitar in a band.....as from 2009 went touring overseas
& has still not returned. Rings us occassionally bragging about what
a great time he is having. "Come back soon Jeff we miss you &
people still ask for you"
